Amplifi is an SMS-first outreach platform built for teams that need to reach large audiences by text, collect feedback through polls, and manage replies in one place. Whether you’re running a targeted campaign to a saved segment, distributing a branching survey, or following up on individual replies in the inbox, Amplifi organizes your contacts, sends, and results under a single workspace called an organization.

Campaigns

Send bulk SMS and MMS messages to segments or filtered audiences. Schedule sends, personalize with merge fields, run A/B tests, and analyze delivery and reply rates.

Polls

Run text-message surveys with up to 20 questions, branching logic, and completion targets. Share results with stakeholders via a public link — no login required.

Contacts

Import contacts from CSV or Excel, organize them with tags and custom fields, build saved segments, and view each contact’s full message history and activity timeline.

Core capabilities

Contacts and segments Your contacts are the foundation of everything in Amplifi. You can import thousands of records at once, tag them for easy filtering, and build saved segments that automatically include the right people every time. Custom fields let you store the data that matters to your organization and use it for personalization. Campaigns Campaigns are how you send bulk SMS or MMS messages. You write your message, choose your audience, preview the send with test recipients, and either send immediately or schedule for later. Amplifi enforces quiet hours automatically, warns you if you’re about to send to the same audience twice in a day, and gives you detailed delivery, reply, and link-click analytics after the send completes. Polls Polls let you gather responses over text. You build a sequence of multiple-choice questions, set optional branching rules so different answers lead to different follow-up questions, and target the same audience options available to campaigns. Results update in real time and can be shared externally via a public link. Inbox The Conversations inbox collects all inbound replies in one place. You can search and filter threads, reply with SMS or MMS, view the associated contact record, and opt a contact out directly from the conversation when needed. Analytics The dashboard gives you a high-level view of sent messages, delivery rates, reply rates, link clicks, and new contacts across a selectable time range. Deeper analytics live inside each campaign and poll. Compliance Amplifi enforces quiet hours on all outbound sends and handles opt-outs automatically when contacts reply STOP. Campaigns with large audiences are blocked from sending immediately after 7 PM local time. Organizations Each organization is its own isolated workspace with its own contacts, campaigns, phone numbers, and billing. If you have access to more than one organization, you can switch between them from the sidebar. See Organizations for details.
Amplifi is SMS-first. While some features support MMS (image attachments in campaigns and conversation replies), the core product experience is built around text messaging.
