Amplifi organizes users into organizations, and each organization is its own workspace with separate contacts, campaigns, phone numbers, and billing. You can belong to one organization or many, and your role within each organization determines what you can do there.Documentation Index

Roles in Amplifi
There are two roles at the organization level.Standard member
Can view organization data, manage contacts, send campaigns, launch polls, and reply in the Conversations inbox. This covers the full day-to-day messaging workflow.
Billing contact
Everything a standard member can do, plus the ability to manage billing and team membership for the organization. This includes inviting and removing members and handling credit or plan changes.
There is no tiered permission system within the standard member role—all members have the same access to campaigns, contacts, conversations, and polls. Role differences are limited to billing and team management.
Inviting a team member
Only billing contacts can invite new members to an organization.Amplifi prevents you from removing the last billing contact from an organization without first assigning another member to that role. There must always be at least one billing contact on an active account.
Removing a team member
Billing contacts can remove members from an organization in Settings > General. Removing a member revokes their access to that organization’s data immediately. If the member belongs to other organizations, their access to those is unaffected.Switching between organizations
If you belong to more than one organization, you can switch between them directly from the app.Find the organization switcher
The organization switcher is available in the sidebar. It shows your currently active organization.
